PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT: The Board of Directors proposes a Special Assessment to fund necessary repairs throughout the community. Specifically, the Association is in desperate need for funds to pay all outstanding invoices for repairs and maintenance to the areas of Association responsibility. The Association currently has $48,000 in unpaid bills that it cannot afford to pay. A special assessment of $1,000 per Unit will help to fund these expenditures.
